Cancellation Policy
The Elevatra Onboarding Consultation is a required, private alignment session for all subscription clients. This call is used to confirm priorities, communication preferences, workflow expectations, and the official service start date. All clients must complete their intake form prior to scheduling this consultation. Calls scheduled without a completed intake may be canceled or rescheduled at Elevatra’s discretion. This consultation is conducted virtually. Clients are responsible for attending on time from a quiet, professional setting. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in the session being shortened or marked as a no-show. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their onboarding consultation with at least 12 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled time are subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the onboarding consultation without notice may delay the official service start date. Rebooking after a no-show may require approval and may incur an administrative fee. Service activation, portal setup, and task processing do not begin until the onboarding consultation has been successfully completed and the official start date has been issued by Elevatra. By booking this consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this scheduling policy.
